Boyzone star Mikey Graham has vowed that they will never split up again.
The singer, 35, was the driving force behind the reunion of Ireland's best-loved boyband.
And Mikey told Mirror.co.uk that this time around the Boyz are in it for keeps.
Mikey said: "To be honest as long as it feels good and we're having fun, we will continue
with it. Our plan is to tour, have a greatest hits album and a couple of new songs by the end of this yearm and then
there could be a new album in 2009."

He continued: "As far as breaking up is concerned, I don 't think we'll be doing that
again. We are having so much fun - we are really enjoying this a lot more than we did before."
He explained he'd been inspired to get his band back together after seeing the Take
That reunion: "I am good friends with Gary Barlow and I had seen how everything happened with Take That and how he carefully
set everything up.
carefully set everything up.
"I went to see their show in the Point Depot on their first comeback tour and it was
just one of the best shows I had ever seen.
"So straight away I was on the phone to Shane Lynch and subsequently the other guys
saying how it was amazing. I hadn't missed being in Boyzone at all until I got to that gig.
"And slowly the bridges were mended through time with the other guys and now we are
up and running."
Even so, Mikey said the band were nervous about how their reunion would go down with
their fans.
He said: "We were very apprehensive about how we would be received by both the media
and the public. We didn't know if our fans would come back and give us the support we had years ago and obviously we are humbly
thrilled with the response. "
Mikey will join Keith Duffy, Shane Lynch, Ronan Keating and Stephen Gately on their
first UK tour in seven years next month.
WITH just seven weeks till D-day, BOYZONE are pulling out all the stops to make
sure they outdo THE SPICE GIRLS and TAKE THAT in the battle of the comebacks.
As well as working out like maniacs in the gym, I've heard whispers the boys - RONAN KEATING, STEPHEN
GATELY, SHAYNE LYNCH, KEITH DUFFY and MIKEY GRAHAM - have all vowed to sing LIVE and have
scaled heights to get eight burlesque dancers to sex up the show.
A source close to the band told me: "They are all well aware of how well The Spice Girls and Take That did
and are doing anything and everything they can in a bid to make to sure they are the comeback kings.
"Ronan is the most obsessed. He saw The Spice Girls in concert three times to try and get ideas.
"They've held audition for super hot female dancers in a bid to outsex the ones that Take That danced
with on stage. I've heard they will be writhing around in their underwear.
"They're also worried about singing live. They came from an era when nobody used to sing on tour so they
got away with it. Think of S Club and Steps. But now it's all changed."
The former Irish caners have also ditched the Guiness and turned into also turned into calorie counting health
nuts in a bid for bodily perfection.
The source added: "In the old days the boys were a load of p*ss heads. But now they have given up the beer
in an attempt to look as good as they can possibly look.
In their heyday Shane used to be the biggest boozer but now he's a changed man.
"They realised Take That looked better than ever on their tour and they don't want to look like a poor man's
version. It's making them even more determined."
Some 200,000 tickets have already been sold in the UK and Ireland for the tour which kicks off in Belfast
on May 25.
And tattooed Shane told me he can't wait to find out who's bought tickets.
"I have no idea if it will be our old fans or if it's a new young crowd. When I go on stage I'm going to
look into the audience and see who's there."
He add: "I'm overjoyed that people have bought tickets. It’s easy to come up with the decision to go
on tour but now the fear factor has settled in and we’ve really got to work at it.
"We’re a lot more wiser. I’m handling it differently to how I thought it would be.
"I know exactly who I am and what I’m doing. I understand myself very well at this point in my life.
"Some of that's down to my new book Chancer. It's about my survival and how I appreciate things. I turned
my life around from a young boy who couldn't read or write into being part of Boyzone."
And Shane backed up my claims that image is a key factor going into the 34 date tour.
Back on road ... Shane
He is an avid representative for the SENI Martial Arts Show which takes place at the end of April - however
he's had to refrain from competing in a bid to protect his looks.
He told me: "I'm full of respect for the competitors but I can't fight as I’m going on tour. I don’t
want to have a black eye or a broken nose. I’ve got to look after myself so we look good on stage.
"I represent the four other lads on stage with me. How I look affects them so I need to look after myself
for their sake too. It’s not about me anymore. I’d like to think they’ll be in the best possible shape too
so they can support me also."
"There will be no more beer. We might have some champagne on tour but only because someone told me that
has the lowest fat and calorie content of any alcohol."
"There's a real fitness element to the show, with the possibility of us dressed up in shorts and legwarmers.”
He also mentioned that there will be a throw back to one of the greatest artists that ever lived.
In a wide-ranging interview in this week's RTÉ Guide, Keith Duffy and wife Lisa talk about their work to raise awareness
for Irish Autism Action and their family experience of the condition.
The couple's daughter Mia is autistic, having been diagnosed with moderate autism at 18 months, and during the RTÉ Guide
interview the couple talk about how they came to terms with the diagnosis.
Singer and actor Duffy describes their experiences as a "white-knuckle rollercoaster ride" and how a conversation with
people involved with autism activism convinced him of Mia's condition.
He says: "My friend's wife spoke with me for an hour or so and at the end of that I knew that Mia was autistic. I began
to get upset but my big worry was telling Lisa. Afterwards as I drove home I cried like I hadn't cried in years. That was
the worst ever day of my life."
"I felt utterly cheated and I was very angry," says Lisa Duffy. "I had this beautiful boy [son Jordan, 11] and then
I had this beautiful girl and I felt that this cannot be happening to us. So I went into denial. I didn't go out, home became
my safe place. It took me eight months to get the fight in me."
She continues: "I realised then that the only way to move forward was to not be selfish about what I thought I wanted for
Mia. I realised that I have this beautiful, happy, easy-going and fun-loving child. And I'm very lucky, because Mia and I
have a great relationship."
The Duffys have raised almost €4m to date for Irish Autism Action and during the interview they talk in detail about
their campaign for better access to Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) for autistic children.
Mia has received ABA and is now attending mainstream education, an achievement the couple describe as "a miracle".
In the interview Keith Duffy also talks about his experiences with Boyzone and whether he would return to 'Coronation Street'.

Boyzone tour will be the best yet, says Stephen Gately
Boyzone tour will be 'the best yet'
Boyzone's Stephen Gately has vowed the boy band's upcoming tour will their "best show yet".
Stephen and the rest of the group are hitting the road in May for their first tour since splitting eight years ago, and
the singer admitted he can't wait.
"I have to say that the tour is going to be amazing - it's going to be our best show yet," the 31-year-old said.
BOYZONE have been unveiled as the headline act for Bryn Terfel’s Faenol Festival this summer.
The Pant Glas-born opera superstar said the Irish band, one of the world’s most successful boy bands, will open the
2008 Faenol Festival on Friday, August 22.
He believes the concert will be one of the live music events of the year.
Having split up eight years ago, the five original members – Ronan Keating, Stephen Gately, Shane Lynch, Mikey Graham
and Keith Duffy – are reforming this year for a limited tour and Wales’s leading music festival near Caernarfon
has secured one of the few dates.
Bryn told the Daily Post yesterday: “I’m very excited to be announcing that Boyzone will be opening this year’s
Faenol Festival.
“It’s a real coup for us, as their tour dates are limited. I know that fans will turn out in droves to welcome
them and enjoy their music, and, as it will undoubtedly be the hottest summer festival ticket in Wales, book as soon as you
can.”
The Boyzone tour begins in May at Belfast’s Odyssey arena and takes in Newcastle, Liverpool, London at the O2 and
Wembley, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Sheffield, Newcastle, Nottingham, Edinburgh Castle and the RDS in Dublin
as well as the Faenol. Tickets go on sale at 9am tomorrow.
The Boyzone concert will open the four-day festival. Details about the full festival programme will be released shortly
but will include an opera gala.
In previous years that evening has featured Bryn and world-famous singers like Jose Carrerras, Andrea Bocelli, Hayley Westenra
and Rolando Villazon.
Popular musical stars like Michael Ball, Shirley Bassey, Katherine Jenkins, Aled Jones and Ruthie Henshall have all performed
at the Faenol in its nine-year history and organisers are confident they will be able to match their talents at this year’s
festival
Oh the lament to the Irish male's fashion sense, or
lack there of, continues with Boyzone's Keith 'Keeet' Duffy opting for this horrifying black leather trousers and jacket ensemble.
We're branding this vibe 'Terminator II Chic'. All people called Sarah or John Conor beware - any explanation needed?
Keith Duffy
Is the irony lost on Keith 'I'll be bleedin' back'
Duffy that his choice of outfit for Boyzone's reunion concert in GAY at the weekend, made him look like Arnie in Terminator
II? Given that the famous cyborg character moved with robotic rigidness and Duffy's dance moves are anything but fluid - perhaps
this was a bad choice of outfit... Hasta la vista, baby.
Keith Duffy
Maybe he was going for all three boxes-checked on
that old ShowBiz addage: "You can't sing, you can't dance, you look awful. You'll go a long way"? Let's see... He can't sing.
Check. He can't dance. Check. And in this outfit he certainly looks awful. Check. Check and check. Nice one Keith you'll go
a long way mate.
Ronan Keating
All five original members of Boyzone, and their manager
Louis Walsh, kicked off their comeback with a gig at GAY in the Astoria, London at the weekend.
Shane Lynch
And for the most part, all the boyz still look like
they could pass for a boyband. Ronan still looks like he's 12 years old. Shane 'I love Godtt so I do' Lynch is rocking an
all-over body tattoo, but always looks trim. But thankfully he's dropped the 'Skanger Chic' look he’s worked for the
past number of years. Axe the Nike Air Max.
Stephen Gately, Louis Walsh
Stephen 'Sheriff Street' Gately has dropped the red
baseball cap and beefed-up a tad sine the old days, but weight doesn't really suit our Stephen as he's just over 4 foot tall...
Makes him look dumpy. And American tourists keep trying to steal his Lucky Charms.
Mikey Graham
Mikey 'the thespian' Graham on the other hand looks
like he's been at the pies again. With weight on his little pudgy face and this 'Skinny Jeans Chic' effort, we reckon he looks
a bit like a lolly-pop. But all things considered it's good to see Boyzone back. Crack out the old white suits lads. Go safe
Fans of reformed group Boyzone should be warned their favourite clean-cut pin-ups are returning to the limelight with
a very different look.
Performing at popular London venue G-A-Y last night the fivesome revealed numerous tattoos and a new penchant for tight
clothes, wearing vests and close-fitting leather trousers.

Edgy: Boyzone showed off a new look during their performance at G-A-Y
Unlike the wholesome image which made them heart-throbs for thousands of teenage girls, their comeback style is all about
stubble, messy hair and body art.
The boys have obviously been working out in a bid to attract admirers, revealing taught bodies under their skimpy tops.
Appearing on a smoky stage to sing old hits and new songs, their edgier look was clearly a success with the audience.
Singing along and jumping up and down, people were packed into the club to see Ronan Keating, Mickey Graham, Stephen Gately,
Shane Lynch and Keith Duffy's return to celebrity as a quintet.

Each was dressed all in black for the raunchy performance and are probably hoping their comeback as a group will be as
successful and lucrative as their counterparts Take That and the Spice Girls have been.
Having moved away from their old style, only time will tell whether old fans will like the Irish band's new look as much
as the crowd at G-A-Y.
Rough and ready: The fivesome in their comeback
Cute and clean-shaven: Boyzone at the height of their fame
Boyzone officially announced their comeback with their first live performance in nearly eight years.
The band took to the stage at London's GAY night at the Astoria on Saturday (March 1) and showed their legion of adoring
fans exactly what they'd been missing.
Wearing military jackets over black vests, the band churned through their hits including Sorry, Love Me For A Reason and
When The Going Gets Tough to send the crowd delirious.
One gig goer told The Daily Star: "They were having a great time fooling around and play-fighting onstage like a new band.
The show was a warm-up chance for the band's UK tour which kicks off in Belfast on May 5.
Born-again boyband Boyzone are heading to Norfolk this
summer as a stately date is added to their comeback tour.
The five-strong singing group had six number one hits, and
16 consecutive top five singles between 1994 and their split in 2000.
After re-forming for last year's Children in
Need they have launched a major tour, which now includes Blickling Hall in July.
Promoter David Heartfield said: “They
are one of the most successful boy bands ever.
“I have been talking to them since last October when I heard they
were re-forming. They have added three or four stately homes to a tour which saw 100,000 tickets sell in the first hour.”
He
was sure that following a sell out concert by Westlife two years ago, Boyzone at Blicking would also sell out quickly when
tickets went on sale tomorrow.
The concert is on Sunday July 20, the day after an 11-act party style concert at the
lakeside venue, which is again hoping to run two full weekends of outdoor summer music events, the rest of which will be announced
shortly.
The revival of Take That and Spice Girls showed there was a public appetite for pop nostalgia, said Mr Heartfield.
All
five original members are on the tour, including Ronan Keating, who will be making a return to the Norfolk National Trust
park having wowed the crowds there back in 2005 - when a wet day miraculously cleared up as he took the stage.
He will
be joined by Stephen Gateley, Shane Lynch, Mikey Graham, and Keith Duffy - a line up which was formed in 1993 by X Factor
judge Louis Walsh.
They hit the charts with a cover of the Osmonds Love Me For a Reason in November 1994, and had their
first number one two years later with Words.
Their other chart toppers were A Different Beat, All That I Need, No Matter
What, When The Going Gets Tough and You Needed Me, before they split to pursue solo careers in 2000.
Their comeback
kicked off as part of the BBC Children in Need telethon last November, and was followed by the announcement of a UK tour,
which includes major venues such as Wembley and the O2 dome in London.
Tickets costing £37.50, plus a booking fee, are available from 9am Friday February 8, through EDP offices
at Millennium Plain and Prospect House in Norwich (01603 772175 or 01603 693890) or at branches in Cromer, Fakenham, Yarmouth,
and Lowestoft.

They hope to achieve the same comeback success as Brit group Take That, who are preparing for their big
comeback tour by hiring a personal trainer to make sure they are in tip-top condition.
Mikey Graham of Boyzone says: "Yes, some of us have put on a few pounds over the past eight years. We know what
we're up against with the likes of Take That back touring.
"But we're going to be trim and slim and we want to be bigger and better than before. I've been with the
lads this afternoon and everything is going great. Of course things are different - it's slowly morphing into a new thing
as we're men now, not boys."
The Love Me For A Reason hitmakers are gearing up for a comeback tour - and have reportedly hired Batman actor Christian
Bale's personal trainer in a bid to compete with their former Nineties peers, who have regained their status as hit-making
heartthrobs since their 2006 reunion.
Boyzone member Mikey Graham says, "Yes, some of us have put on a few pounds over the past eight years. We know what we're
up against with the likes of Take That back touring.
"But we're going to be trim and slim and we want to be bigger and better than before. I've been with the lads this afternoon

21/1-08 Boyzone will performing at the Metor Ireland Music Awards in Dublin 15/2-08
A reunited Boyzone performed a medley of hits on the 'Late Late Show' tonight, almost 15 years after their first appearance
on the show.
Many guffawed at the Irish boyband during their infamous 1993 performance, but Shane Lynch defended the
appearance tonight, saying he remembered their "big beginning" with fondness.
Shane Ward, who also appeared on tonight's
show, will support the band for their gig in Croke Park on June 1, 2008.
Fans have been told by Ronan Keating that the reformed 90s boyband are taking plans for their
tour very seriously. By Shelley Marsden - 19/11/07
One fifth of the group Keating told the Daily Star: "We've been taking it easy on the Guinness and
been out for dinners and just a couple of drinks. We're taking the tour plans very seriously."
"We're all on diets and we've been training in the gym every day. I'm probably the fittest now that I've ever
been. I think we all look better now than before."
"We each went to see Take That on tour at different times and started talking to each other again, but Take That
were the icing on the cake that made us decide now was the time to reform.
"We're very aware of how good Take That are, and know we have to be on a par with them. There won't be a flat,
boring stage. We're all dancing again and learning different things we've never done before to rival their pole dancing and
stuff."
Last week came the big announcement that the five Irishmen would be doing a huge tour next summer. They are now pumping
iron at the gym every day to get into shape.

Et av ryktene er at han skal ha skrevet en sang som ble spilt inn av Boyzone, men at Mika ikke ville at sangen skulle

Boyzone are to get back together for this month's BBC Children In Need appeal, it has
been confirmed.
The Irish boy band, who have sold more than 15 million records, will perform a medley of their hits on the
fundraising show on 16 November.
Boyzone split seven years ago when lead singer Ronan Keating went solo.
Keating and fellow members Stephen Gately, Shane Lynch, Mikey Graham and and Keith Duffy enjoyed 16 top four
singles, including six number ones.
The group have not commented on reports they are planning to tour after the Children In Need performance.
Keating said the group had been talking about getting back together for some time and they were now excited
to finally be going ahead with the reunion.

After all the rumours doing the rounds, I can finally confirm BOYZONE are getting back together.
The Boyz – or should that be Men – are reuniting to play at BBC’s Children In Need this
month, where they will perform a medley of old hits.
And lead singer RONAN KEATING chose his favourite showbiz column to break the happy news in a phone
call to me yesterday.
Dad-of-two Ronan said: “After all the speculation, we are getting back together and we are very excited.
“We have been talking about it for a while now and decided to go out there on our own and have a go
at it.
“At this stage all we have planned is to perform at Children In Need, and we are thinking about doing
a tour.
“We haven’t got any plans to release a new album but we will see what happens.
“And we haven’t signed a record deal with anyone. We are just doing this thing on our own.

I revealed in May last year that Ronan was thinking of reforming the band, which split seven years ago.
The Boyz had six No1s in the UK and sold more than 15million albums worldwide.
The key to the reunion has been Ronan ending his feud with former manager and X Factor star LOUIS WALSH.
Louis was furious when the singer parted company from him during his solo career and has slagged him off
in almost every interview ever since.
But all that is water under the bridge now.
Ronan and the rest of the band – SHANE LYNCH, MIKEY GRAHAM, STEPHEN GATELY and
KEITH DUFFY were inspired by the great reaction TAKE THAT got when they got back together – and by the forthcoming
Spice Girls reunion.
No Matter What happens, I’m sure the fans will be delighted.
Boyzone are the latest group to announce they are reforming.
After Take That and the Spice Girls, the Irish boyband will reunite to perform a medley of their hits for the BBC's Children
In Need appeal.
And lead singer Ronan Keating, left, hinted that Boyzone, who sold 15 million albums, could also embark on a tour.
"We have been talking about a reunion for a while and decided to have a go," he said.
"At this stage, all we have planned is to perform at Children In Need and we're thinking about touring."
The group had six number one singles, but Ronan says they haven't decided if they'll begin recording again.
He said: “We haven't got any plans to release a new album but we will see what happens.
“And we haven't signed a record deal with anyone. We are just doing this thing on our own.
He concluded: “I've thoroughly enjoyed being back together with the lads, and even though there was some bad feeling
about what has happened in the past, all that's gone now.”
Pop mogul LOUIS WALSH has blamed the SPICE GIRLS for delaying a reunion of 1990s pop act BOYZONE. The music impresario - who was formerly manager of the Irish boy band insists the Spice Girls' announcement on Thursday (28Jun07) of
their plans to reform has jeopardised a reunion between bandmates Ronan Keating, Stephen Gately, Mikey Green, Shane Lynch
and Keith Duffy. And Walsh admits Boyzone will have to wait to get back together thanks to the feisty female five-piece. He
says, "The Spice Girls pipped us to the post by announcing they are getting back together."

BOYZONE REUNION
In tonight’s XPOSÉ Keith Duffy reveals to Lorraine Keane that Boyzone are all set to reunite!
Since the break up of Boyzone in June 1999, fans were certain that the famous five would never form again. However, Keith
Duffy has revealed exclusively to XPOSÉ that they are following in the footsteps of that other famous ‘boy band’
Take That and are getting back together. The former band mates have met on several occasions to discuss contracts and now
it’s just a matter of timing.
Louis Walsh confirmed to XPOSÉ from Miami today that: "Yes it will happen! Sooner rather than later but certainly within
the next twelve months."
Keith Duffy said: "Everybody’s singing from the same hymn sheet. There’s no hidden agenda, at the end of
the day it’s politics now. The boys in the band, we’ve all met, we’ve all had a couple of jars, we’re
all in a good place now. We’ve all grown up. Even Louis. I’m not going to deny the fact that the money would be
great but it wouldn’t drive me to do it. All I can say is that it’s an awful lot closer now than it has been for
the past 8 years."

Thornton, 34, said: "Presenting The X Factor these last three

"I wish the new host every success;
it will be an experience they will never forget.

(ANB-NTB)
